Sometimes, when entering your Borderlinx Shipping Address during your online checkout, you may receive an error message such as “the street name or number appears to be invalid” or a message asking you to “confirm” your address. If this happens, try the following:
– First simply try submitting the address a second time
– Enter your suite number on “Address Line 1”
– Try replacing the hyphen ( – ) between the two numbers in your suite address with a space
– Reverse the information on “Address Line 1” and “Address Line 2”
